Follow Up Session - 1 hour

  • Treating a wide-range of injuries in the active population we will identify the root cause of your issue and create a thorough plan for rehabilitation that will not only get you out of pain but inform you on how to stay pain free.

  • Our clinicians are highly trained in Joint mobilization, Joint Manipulation, Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release, Active Release.

  • unctional dry needling is a therapeutic technique where thin needles are inserted into specific muscle trigger points to alleviate pain, reduce muscle tightness, and improve movement. It targets myofascial pain and dysfunction by promoting tissue healing and neuromuscular re-education.

  • Cupping therapy involves placing specialized cups on the skin to create suction, which enhances blood flow, relieves muscle tension, and promotes healing. It is commonly used to treat pain, inflammation, and improve circulation by drawing stagnant blood and toxins to the surface.

  • Blood flow restriction (BFR) rehabilitation involves applying a cuff or band to restrict blood flow to a muscle during low-intensity exercise, stimulating muscle growth and strength. This technique allows for effective rehabilitation and muscle conditioning while minimizing joint strain and stress on injured tissues.

  • Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) uses specialized tools to apply controlled pressure and movement to soft tissues, breaking down scar tissue and adhesions. This technique improves tissue mobility, reduces pain, and enhances circulation, promoting healing and functional recovery.
